Atomic Growth
by Pat Boone
Growth is a natural by-product of combining mass and energy. Atomic bombs grow very quickly when energy is applied to mass. Kids grow slightly slower then atomic bombs when mass runs over their lips, but they grow nonetheless.
Antithetically, my wallet shrinks at the same rate as an atomic bomb, most likely because of the rate at which mass leaves it. But I digress...
My website has grown at a rate somewhere between a child and an atomic bomb. The Bible Stories Library has grown due to countless hours (energy), and thought (mass) I put into building my site (thanks go to my wife and kids for that).
Since we live in a SOCIETY, where SOCIAL interaction is the norm, it is only fitting that my growth leads to something more personal and well...social.
I love to bring people together, entertain, have a few laughs, and teach others about God. This newsletter is the perfect vehicle for me to do that.
I hope you enjoy my work, and the work of those who contribute to this project. I look forward to hearing from you (...both positive and negative feedback to this newsletter is welcome). Simply contact me through the links below!

Where Do I Go for a Baggage Check?
by Hanne Moon
My husband thinks I’m the craziest woman in the world. Most of the time I’d argue with him about that, but after getting ready for an overnight trip to visit my kids, even I’d have to agree with him.
It began simply enough. I laid out the clothes I would wear for the car trip. Then I laid out the clothes I would need for the next day.
It all went downhill from there...

Relatively Stupid
by Pat Boone
While browsing Google news the other day, I came across the following article: Belief in God a 'product of human weaknesses': Einstein letter.
I'm a rowdy fellow for God by times, so the title intrigued me to say the least. I "pfffft" my way through comments by Einstein and company, smirking, and shaking my head at various intervals throughout the read...

Vedric Jordan is a fellow sister in Christ with a passion to serve God and a talent to show the world. Her website, Lightway Art.com, is testimony of her walk with God. She demonstrates great faith through her artwork, which is prominent in my personal favorite webpage, the Poster Art Page. The colors and imagery are fabulous. God works in wonderful ways, and Vedric is a living testimony of that.~

Godliness is Profitable
by Beckie Stewart
It is easy to get caught up in talk that does not matter, does not please the Lord, or can dishonor other people. This isn't the Lord's desire for us at all. He has other plans for the use of our time each day.
The warning given to the young pastor in Ephesus from the apostle Paul is this, "But have nothing to do with worldly fables fit only for old women. On the other hand, discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness; for bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come." (1 Timothy 4:7-8; NASB)
Paul wanted Timothy to know that people fall away from the faith when they get caught up in discussions that cause dissension or distract from what really matters. He wanted them to know what not only held promise for the life to come, but for the present life. It takes discipline to grow in your relationship with the Lord as well as other people.
What are we doing each day to walk in godliness? Are we loving like we are instructed in 1 Corinthians 13? Do we bear fruit that reflects obedience to the Lord as we are taught in John 15? Are we living and walking in the Spirit as we are trained in Galatians 5? Everything we need for life and godliness is given to us in God's Word, let's seek it daily.
